The newly developed tool inspection and cleaning system enables fully automated process monitoring within the trimming process. After each cycle, the tool is precisely analyzed in three dimensions using a high-resolution 3D scanner. This allows even the finest irregularities, flash residues, or deviations to be detected at an early stage.
